Schaumburg, IL (April 24, 2017) – Complia Health announced today that its annual user conference, CARE, will be held February 19-23, 2018 at the Marriott Orlando World Center convention hotel in Orlando, FL.

The conference, which began as the Suncoast Solutions annual user conference, which then became the Complia Health CARE Conference when Complia Health acquired Suncoast in mid-2016, has been held annually for more than 15 years. Last year’s five day conference was held at the Hilton Clearwater Beach Hotel in Clearwater Beach, FL, and was attended by more than 200 Complia Health customers across its five brands in the home health and hospice enterprise software category – ContinuLink, Suncoast, Procura, Igea and Progesa.

“The CARE 2017 Conference was such a success and we received so much positive feedback in both face-to-face interactions from our attendees and in post-event surveys, that we wanted to host the event at a much larger venue to offer our attendees even more,” said Stewart Campbell, Vice President, Global Marketing of Complia Health. “By moving the conference to Orlando, and utilizing the much larger facilities offered by the Marriott Orlando World Center, we’ll be able to offer even more content to our attendees, and amenities such as golf, family entertainment facilities, and of course, the Disney properties which are right across the highway from the hotel.”

The 2018 event will feature a best-ball golf tournament, Complia Health 5K Charity Fun Run, nationally-known keynote speakers, in-depth product training on Complia Health’s products, thought leadership and best practice-learning opportunities in home health and hospice. Among topics that will be covered are regulatory and compliance changes in home health and hospice, revenue cycle management, staffing recruitment, hiring and retention strategy, effective use of Complia Health’s newly announced product releases like Suncoast Version 8 and ContinuLink Point of Care Solution and more.

“As we all know, there is never a substitute for face time. Our CARE Conference is a unique and valuable opportunity for our teams to connect with our customers, have meaningful conversations about their business and needs, showcase our new capabilities and share our latest thinking,” remarked Christopher Junker, CEO of Complia Health. “I value every conversation I have with our customers at CARE, and our teams get so much out of the opportunity for an extended connection with the people who really drive our business – our customers. We’re thrilled to offer CARE 2018 in such an outstanding location.”

Registration for CARE 2018 will open in early June 2017. Customers of Complia Health should watch their email this week for a “save the date” mailing.
