Location: This is a remote opportunity for candidates residing in the Lower Mainland area, or within British Columbia, Manitoba or Ontario.

Summary
 
The Implementation Consultant / Trainer provides training, consulting and support to customers of Complia Health’s clinical products and services. This position is instrumental in walking customers through the implementation and setup of the program and continues through to and after they go live. The Implementation Consultant / Trainer also provides training and support to our internal team members, ensuring that the team has complete knowledge and understanding of the use of the software product. This is a remote position, which will require travel to our customer sites to assist them with support and education at their location.

  • •  Dealt with P and L responsibilities
  • •  Implemented or managed software projects
  • •  Directed and/or coordinated third-party medical billing
  • •  Managed or was responsible for billing/payroll
  • •  Managed collection of accounts and coordinated all activities related to the revenue cycle while measuring and reporting on outcomes.
  • •  Updated and maintained the practice management and related software including master files, system and transaction updates, clearinghouse, EHR, batch eligibility and other system integration.
 
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 
The Implementation Consultant / Trainer will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following tasks:
•  Help customers successfully implement Complia Health’s Clinical products and services.
•  Deliver and schedule clinical customer training in the classroom, on the web and onsite at customer locations.
•  Troubleshoot problems with product implementation and find creative solutions according to each customer’s unique need.
•  Work with the product support team in answering clinical support requests from end-users.
•  Accurately document training sessions.
•  Develop and maintains curriculum and materials for new products, enhancements or services.
•  Conduct product and implementation testing.
•  Train other trainers and implementation personnel.
•  Other projects and duties as required.
 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

•  Understanding of clinical operations and ability to assist customers in setup and configuration of applications for their business processes.
•  Ability to communicate technical concepts and best practices to end users in a user-friendly, easily understandable way.
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•  Professional training and presentation skills.
•  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to manage multiple projects and varying priorities in a timely manner.
•  Familiarity with online training tools such as GoToMeeting and/or WebEx.
•  Ability to follow standard course curricula and adapt to suit customer needs and to create and revise course exercises.
•  Strong knowledge of MS Office products.
•  Dedication to providing superior customer service with a positive customer focused attitude and flexible nature.
 
Qualifications

 

•  Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Information Systems, Education, Finance, Health Administration or equivalent work experience.
•  Previous healthcare experience in patient care, management, scheduling and or Revenue Cycle Management.
•  Previous system implementation experience in a Home Care, Home Health or within a large Health Authority setting preferred.
