As a Full-Stack Mobile Developer, you will be part of an Agile Scrum team and mainly responsible for the Mobile components of our product for the Home Care and Community Health Care market. This position works closely with the software testing and business analysis staff. This role requires someone who possesses the ability to develop clean software, has strong problem-solving skills, and enjoys detail-oriented work. This position requires the ability to accomplish relatively complex coding tasks with limited supervision.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities


As a Full-Stack Mobile Developer, you will:



    Participate as a full-time senior team member on an Agile Scrum development team.
    Design, code, test and debug highly complex software applications with a high level of quality from a defined set of specifications.
    Investigate complicated customer issues to do with the syncing of data between the server backend and the mobile device.

    Provide design leadership and assist in improving the knowledge and skills of the team through technical mentoring.
    Participate in code reviews to lead technical innovation in the areas of component re-use, extensibility, maintainability and scalability.

    Investigate new technologies and research ongoing industry developments.
      Make strategic technology recommendations to product management and business analysts. 


The ideal candidate will have:


      Acknowledgement as a leader in software development by industry peers.
      Awareness of industry trends and new software development tools and practices. 
      Demonstrated experience investigating customer-reported issues around data syncing to mobile platforms. 
      8+ years’ experience with Mobile technologies (Android, iOS, Xamarin) and robust development languages (C#, Java, Delphi). 
      Experience and training in Agile Scrum methodologies. 
      Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to relay complex technical issues to a non-technical audience. 
      Experience making difficult technical decisions with somewhat ambiguous parameters.
    Experience developing SQL database applications, including query optimization.
    A degree or diploma in computer science or computer engineering.
