The Full-Stack Developer is an experienced and passionate ASP.NET/AngularJS developer and will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications. This position works closely with the software testing and business analysis staff. This role requires someone who possesses the ability to develop clean software, strong problem-solving skills, and enjoys detail-oriented work. This position requires the ability to accomplish relatively complex coding tasks with limited supervision.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be part of an Agile Scrum team responsible for our Clinical Care product for the Home Care and Community Health Care market. You will:

  • • Participate as a full-time senior team member on an Agile Scrum development team
  • • Design, code, test and debug highly complex software applications with a high level of quality from a defined set of specifications
  • • Provide design leadership and assist in improving the knowledge and skills of the team through technical mentoring
  • • Participate in code reviews to lead technical innovation in the areas of component re-use, extensibility, maintainability and scalability
  • • Investigate new technologies and research ongoing industry developments
  • • Make strategic technology recommendations to product management and business analysts




The ideal candidate will have:

  • • Acknowledged as a leader in software development by industry peers
  • • Aware of industry trends and new software development tools and practices
  • • Experience and training in Agile Scrum methodologies
  • • Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to relay complex technical issues to a non-technical audience
  • • Experience making difficult technical decisions with somewhat ambiguous parameters
  • • 8+ years software development experience using robust development languages (C#, Java, Delphi)
  • • Experience with front end technologies (Angular, React, Xamarin)
  • • Experience developing SQL database applications, including query optimization
  • • Degree or diploma in computer science or computer engineering
