Job Title: Home Health Sales Executive, Enterprise


Reporting to the Vice President, Sales, the Enterprise Sales Executive will be responsible for planning and performing all sales activities in an assigned U.S. territory. Emphasis is on performing the day-to-day sales efforts while assisting with account management and market direction in the assigned U.S. territory.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities


  •  - Achieve annual sales plan by generating new sales and growing existing accounts.
  •  - Maintain consultative sales relationships at the CEO/CFO/Administrator level and with key influencers in each account
  •  - Understand customers – key industry and operational challenges, objectives, and decision-making process and people
  •  - Learning the scheduling, time keeping, billing and clinical processes used in the home health care setting.
  •  - Requirements include tradeshow attendance, prospecting, preparing proposals and contracts, and demonstrating products when necessary
  •  - Communicate with product development and implementation teams about customer needs and setting expectations with customers regarding development, installation, and training.
  •  - Other tasks, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned.

  •  - Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of complex sales and/or enterprise sales experience
  •  - Demonstrated success selling to home health care or hospice care agencies, or direct experience working for such agencies with strong general sales success
  •  - Ability to conduct effective product demonstrations
  •  - Understanding of the post-acute home care industry
  •  - Strong interpersonal skills with evidence of teamwork and collaboration
  •  - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  •  - Self-starter, and able to work independently
  •  - Prospecting and lead qualification
  •  - Managing complex executive decision-making processes
  •  - Closing and contract negotiation
  •  - Ability to travel extensively
