The Billing Support Specialist II responds to escalated customer inquiries from the Customer Support Organization. This position is responsible for researching escalated inquiries, utilizing the core structures and foundations of software development and maintenance to provide a successful resolution. The most successful candidate will encompass the ability to handle break/fix, configuration issues, troubleshooting, and software installations. The Billing Support Specialist II will answer questions regarding the use of the product and maps from internal customers to support business processes for home healthcare, hospice, private duty and staffing agencies.
