Christopher Junker

Christopher Junker

Chief Executive Officer

Chris has over 20 years of experience in enterprise software, with a focus in billing, content management, and big data. With deep sales and product experience, he specializes in driving innovative ideas and leading quality development at high-growth software companies.

Prior to joining Complia Health, Chris held the CEO post at Microsystems, Inc., a document analysis software company serving the legal and life science industries. He also served as the CEO at SpringCM, a cloud enterprise content management firm, and Fios, Inc. (now DTI), a cloud e-discovery software firm. Previously, Chris held the position of general manager and worldwide vice president of sales for the legal and professional services industry at Interwoven, which was acquired in 2009 by Autonomy Corporation Plc for $800 million. At Interwoven, Chris led the company through 21 consecutive quarters of year-over-year revenue growth and operating margin expansion.

Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in applied computer science/psychology from Northern Illinois University and is a board member of the Illinois Technology Association.

Chief Financial Officer

David is a global operations finance leader specializing in high growth companies, mergers, and acquisitions. He is a CPA with extensive healthcare, software, services, and manufacturing experience. Prior to joining Complia Health, David was CFO Apervita (healthcare analytics marketplace) during its venture growth stage and at bSwift (benefits technology platform) from its early growth through its successful $400 million exit to Aetna.

David has a successful public company and private equity tenure with companies ranging from $10 million to $2.2 billion in revenue. He has been involved with two successful IPOs, more than $500 million in debt offerings, and over 20 acquisitions. He is an active member of the AICPA, Financial Executives International (FEI), and National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD).

Debbie has over 20 years of senior-level management experience in the customer and technical service environments. Prior to joining Complia Health, Debbie held prominent positions with several multinational organizations, including American Express and CellTrak. As the global vice president of Customer Success for Complia Health, Debbie’s extensive knowledge of global operational leadership, customer engagement, and home health care software technologies help ensure the quality of customer service for our multiplatform health care solutions.

Scott Overhill

Chief Strategy Officer

With over 20 years of experience in the home and community care sector, the majority of that in leadership roles within Complia Health, including recent serving as president and CEO, Scott leads our product direction. Trained in product management, product strategy alignment, project management, and business consulting, Scott was the primary architect of Complia Health’s Procura software. He also provided service and advice to enterprise customers in the U.S., Canada and Australia. Scott has an ability to develop the skill sets of exceptional individuals and create high-performing teams, leading them to deliver on projects that are on time and profitable.

Isaac is responsible for all aspects of software technology, including high-level architectural design, construction, reconstruction and refactoring, technology standardization, and product modernization. He establishes and executes the strategic technical direction for our enterprise products while also serving as the technical evangelist for the architectural vision, strategy, and principles at Complia Health.

John Walles

General Manager of U.S. Business and Products

John has over 20 years of experience in software and technology, helping companies rapidly expand while still meeting customer needs. Prior to joining Complia Health, John held C-level and senior operating positions for several leading technology, distribution, and trading corporations, such as SSA Global, DecisionOne, New Cub Foods, Composites One, ITT Research Institute, Zellerbach Paper, and AAR Corp. John received a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business economics from Benedictine University and an MBA from DePaul University. He is also a CPA.

Lori Cabbage

Vice President of Professional Services

Lori is an experienced executive with a demonstrated history of working in the Long Term Care and Home Health Care industry. Lori has managed operations in more than 20 states and is skilled in Medicaid Operations in multiple states, Medicare, Leadership Management, Sales and Strategic Planning. She has demonstrated growth throughout her career while maintaining strong clinical compliance and high customer service satisfaction. Lori is a proud advocate for seniors and individuals of all ages with disabilities. Lori holds a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Ohio State University.

Senior Vice President of Enterprise Customers, PreSales and Product Strategy

Scott has over 19 years of healthcare-specific information technology experience, and served as vice president of development for a large home care corporation prior to joining Complia Health. He has a bachelor's degree in Management as well as Computer Science from Towson University.

Janelle Schroeder

Janelle Schroeder

Senior Vice President of Product Management

Janelle is responsible for maintaining, governing and evangelizing the product roadmap and strategy for the US SaaS product lines at Complia Health. She has spent nearly two decades in the healthcare industry in the fields of custom software development, integration, and clinical decision support (CDS) and have worked with clinical and operational staff all over the world to deliver meaningful software features that are intuitive and help solve complex problems.

Director of Development - U.S.

John has more than 20 years of PMO, Infrastructure Management and IT consulting experience. He brings a deep expertise in cost effectively utilizing technology to achieve business goals and a proven track record of creating processes to improve delivery times and service levels while reducing costs. His teams excel at implementing complex technical solutions while enabling projects to meet or exceed delivery deadlines.

Prior to joining Complia Health, John held senior positions at Grainger, Cars.com and Capgemini. He has a bachelor’s degree in Operations Management and Information Systems from Northern Illinois University.

Garry Neale

Garry Neale

General Manager of Procura Australia

As general manager of Procura Australia, Garry works closely with the team to identify market trends, build relationships with flagship accounts, and assist in business development. Acting as a liaison with industry and government bodies, Garry monitors industry-wide regulatory changes and their impact on Complia Health’s solutions. With over 20 years experience in the IT industry across Europe, the USA, and Asia Pacific, Garry has extensive experience in deploying leading practice technology solutions to solve business issues while dramatically reducing operating costs and maximizing return on investment.
